    Cartridge Heating Elements

    Cartridge heating elements consist of a ceramic heating element in a tube, by default equipped with a cable or a junction box. The heating element is made of groove blocks (ceramic building blocks) that are combined to complete heating elements with the heat conductor in the groove passage. 

    They can also be delivered with a threaded finish to allow mounting directly inside the item that needs to be heated, for instance water tanks, oil containers or tubs. The advantage is that the actual heating element can be replaced without having to empty the container or the tank.

    Infratemper Radiant Heaters

    Infratemper Radiant Heaters

    The radiant heater can be used for outdoor heating on the terrace and for local heating, for instance in garages, bathrooms, sunrooms or spot heating at workplaces.

    The radiated infrared beams do not heat the air, but the objects or people hit by the beams. When used in longer periods of time, the radiant heater and the heated objects will release heat to the air in the room.

    Anti-condensation heaters are used in order to avoid condensation problems in shielded electrical installations, boards and control cabinets.

    Mounting in the bottom part of the cabinet will increase efficiency. As for the position in relation to other components in the cabinet, a distance of at least 5 cm to the sides and 3 cm to the bottom is recommended.

    Ceramic Infrared Heat Elements

    Ceramic Infrared Heat Elements

    Ceramic infrared heat elements are used for hardening and drying processes, among others.

    The ceramic infrared heat elements are manufactured by moulding a resistive conductor into a ceramic mass. This resistive conductor has a temperature range of 300°C to 730°C and produces an infrared wave of 2-10 µ.

    The glazed ceramic surface protects the heating spool against rust and aggressive substances.

    High-Density Cartridge Heaters CCHC

    High-density cartridge heaters are used for heating solids that require relatively high power and offer very limited physical space, for instance in tools. Also used in sealer jaws, medical equipment, packaging machines and the food industry.

    High-density cartridge heaters are designed for 230V with a lead-in of 250 mm. The pipe cap is ground. Must be mounted in an H7-fitted hole.

    They are available in a wide range of services and materials tailored for each individual task.

    Jevi Heating Products

    Band heaters are used for extruders and plastic moulders, among others.

    The band heaters can be designed as shielded micanite or for demanding applications as ceramic band heaters. The standard shield material is a feran plate, but it can be made in other plate materials, including stainless or galvanized steel, for other purposes.

    Holes, cutouts and fittings are made to order. The width of a cylindric heater should not be less than the diameter of the heater. The narrower the heater compared to the width, the better feed will be achieved.
